Setup topics will include:
- How to get a genome into PECAAN along with its GeneMark profile.
- How to get a class list into PECAAN to set up user accounts.
- How to set up practice genomes.
- Admin Options
  - Users
  - Phages
  - Functions
Export topics will include:
- CDS Function and Author Export used by Expedited Submitters. Getting PECAAN output into DNA Master.
- (New SEA Format) CDS Full Annotation and Export CDS Notes used for regular submission.
- Export Gene Changelog, tRNA Changelog Export and tmRNA Changelog Export can be used in grading and student participation.
- Genebank Export
